THE FILE COULD NOT UPDATE. THIS IS PROBABLY CORRUPT THE ARCHIVE.

  1. Download the attached FixSynoboot.sh script and save it to share folder.
  2.  find the file location, from the file station, /volume1/patch/FixSynoboot.sh




3. Open Task Scheduler and create User-defined script under Triggered Task




4. User-defined-script enter the line below and click ok to save it.
cp /volume1/patch/FixSynoboot.sh /usr/local/etc/rc.d/FixSynoboot.sh
chmod 755 /usr/local/etc/rc.d/FixSynoboot.sh
5. Right click to run it
6. reboot the Xpenology and run the update again.
