## OpenVBX 1.2.21

- Allow verified numbers to be used as outgoing caller id (Thanks @chadsmith)
- Always prefer the sms body from the request over the cookie, fixing "deleted" error within SMS inbox (Thanks @Natorator)
- Use built in codeigniter classes to support smtp (Thanks @parisholley)
- Moved outgoing caller id handling out of numbers controller, add features to SMS plugin (Thanks @jmtorres)
