Twilio Elastic SIP Trunking Disaster Recovery

If Twilio cannot deliver calls to your PBX or SBC
You can forward all incoming calls to another phone number or multiple numbers automatically with Twilio Studio.


  1. Find Studio Dashboard and create a new flow and name it.
  2. Find the Call forwarding and click next
  3. Enter the destination number in E164 format +18005551212 and save it and publish
  4. Click on Tigger and copy the Webhook URL
  5. Go to your SIP and past the URL to Disaster Recovery
https://webhooks.twilio.com/v1/Accounts/{AccountSid}/Flows/{FlowSid}
