Docsvault Printer missing
Please follow the following steps to resolve the Issue.

1. Log in with admin rights on the PC that has the Issue.
2. Uninstall the Docsvault PDF Printer manually by going to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Docsvault Ultimate\Client\Docsvault PDF and execute the file "unins000.exe."
Please note the path depends on the version you are using (It will be Docsvault Small Business Edition instead of Docsvault Ultimate in your case.)
3. Login to Docsvault Client, Select Tools->Options->Others in the Docsvault client and click Re-Install to install the PDF printer.
