In the server side add this line to /etc/sudoers



1. root@host: sudo nano /etc/sudoers

 2. #### added this line 
root ALL=NOPASSWD: /usr/lib/openssh/sftp-server

 ## Pi
pi ALL=NOPASSWD: /usr/lib/openssh/sftp-server
3. WinSCP Add customized command to sftp-server 
sudo /usr/lib/openssh/sftp-server
