Due to SSL security you may disable TLS v 1.0 and 1.1, than you may having problem connect remote desktop,

quick fix.

 HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\WinStations\RDP-Tcp\MinEncryptionLevel 1
